Prenatal Care: 2 prenatal visits (max. 3 hours each, hybrid options available) covering comfort measures, pain management, and birth plan development. Labor Support: Uninterrupted physical and emotional support throughout active labor, delivery, and immediate initial infant feeding. Postpartum Care: 2 home follow-up visits (max. 3 hours each) to assist with recovery and transition. Educational Add-ons: Includes up to 3 virtual childbirth education sessions (private or group). Optional complimentary Hypnobirthing resources. Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC). This comprehensive service focuses on evidence-based preparation, labor advocacy, and physiological tools to help you achieve an empowered birthing experience. What is Included: • Prenatal Preparation: 2 dedicated prenatal sessions (up to 3 hours each, available in hybrid/virtual formats) to map out your birth preferences, practice comfort measures, and review past birth histories or VBAC hospital policies. • Continuous Labor Support: 24/7 on-call availability starting at 37 weeks, providing uninterrupted physical comfort (massage, positioning, counter-pressure) and emotional guidance from active labor through delivery. • Postpartum Transition: 2 home follow-up visits (up to 3 hours each) to assist with your physical recovery, newborn transition, and early feeding support. *virtual optional • Childbirth Education: Includes up to 3 virtual childbirth private educational sessions (in-person if a group) with optional, complimentary Hypnobirthing resources. *Rate covers the entire comprehensive package.
